The CHRISTUS Health Plan Provider Relations team is dedicated to building strong, collaborative relationships with health care providers across our service areas. As the primary point of contact for network providers, the team ensures seamless onboarding, supports credentialing processes, and offers ongoing education on policies, procedures, and operational updates.

Our Provider Relations representatives are committed to delivering personalized support—whether through in-person visits, virtual meetings, or direct assistance with claims and contract questions. By fostering open communication and promoting shared goals, the team helps providers navigate the health care landscape and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
